This Earth Day, at Maria Montessori we came together for a heartwarming celebration filled with creativity, curiosity, and care for our beautiful planet. The smiles were as bright as the sun as our little eco-heroes explored ways to protect and love Mother Earth!
Creative Hats for a Greener Tomorrow 🎨
Our classrooms turned into colorful craft studios as children designed their very own Earth Day hats! Whether it was “Save the Trees,” “Love the Ocean,” or “Be Kind to the Planet,” each hat was a reflection of their growing awareness and love for the environment. The pride in their eyes was priceless as they walked around showing off their wearable art!
Learning About Soil, Plants, and the Ecosystem 🪴
Through hands-on activities and storytelling, the children discovered the wonders of soil, the magic of planting, and how everything in nature is connected. They got to dig, observe, and even plant a few seeds of their own—both in soil and in their minds!

From cheerful Earth Day songs to thoughtful circle time discussions, the day was full of joyful learning. Our young learners had so many curious questions about how they can make a difference—and we couldn’t be prouder of their big hearts.
