Yoga Is not just for adults, It’s an exercise, which helps you move your body in various positions, in order to become more fit and flexible, helps improve your breathing and relaxes your mind.  In fact , practicing Yoga in children is bound to have several benefits. It helps to manage their anxiety, helps to improve their emotional regulation, boosts their self-esteem, increases their body awareness and mindfulness, last but not the least teaches them discipline and reduces and controls impulsivity in behavior. Keeping the above beneficial facts in mind, Yoga is a part of the culture at the “The Maria Montessori Center”, for all ages from Primary through Elementary.
